Sneak peak of the Jumping Spider I found last night in Ken’s bathroom.  I took over 100 photos of it and saved him/her in a jar for today so many more to come!  I tried feeding it some wingless fruit flies but it wasn’t interested.  I shall try later to figure out a more specific identification.
I have trouble telling male/female apart in Jumping Spiders b/c of the fuzziness of the palps… anyone have a trick to tell?  I think this may be a female b/c i caught a look of the underside and the palps look pointy- also s/he has a little black dot on her underside that may be her girly parts.  I know some Jumping Spiders are sexually dimorphic showing some phenotypic traits to tell them apart- but considering I have yet to figure out what genus of J.S. this is that’s currently no help.
