I was leaving class last Saturday and almost stepped on this Warbler (species, bird people?).  He was just sitting on the top of the steps.  So, of course, I couldn’t resist picking him up for a photo shoot (and inspecting him for bugs for my insect collection). I don’t know if he was young, or sick/injured, bc why he would just chill with me is beyond me.. But it was a lovely moment.  I got some adorable shots of him, then I gently moved him somewhere safer from trampling students.
